I created this FAQ page to answer some of the more common questions I receive and share more information on how mobile servicing works. Q. Do you need anything from me to complete the job? Do you need to use my water hose or access to power?
I am completely self-sufficient and come fully equipped.
Parking your vehicle in a cool or shaded area can also be helpful as well as ensuring enough space to work, I cannot service a vehicle parked in-between two other cars in a packed parking lot
Q. I live in apartments and cant wash my car or truck in the lot.
Usually we can find a suitable place nearby, any nearby public parking lot is usually ok. You are also more than welcomed to drop off your vehicle for service at my home in El Dorado Hills.
Q. Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Certain times of the year my calendar can be booked out up to 2 weeks during the busy months. I will try to accommodate all clients to the best of my ability. There are many months where an appointment within 48 hours should be possible.
Q. Do I need to be there while you detail?
You do not have to be present while I'm working on your vehicles, feel free to go about and do anything you need. If you would like door jambs wiped clean or interior done I will need to get the keys from you. I do prefer clients to be there for a final walk through of the end result to ensure complete customer satisfaction and address any possible concerns.
Q. How long does a detail take?
Depending on condition and size of vehicle average time for a mobile detail service ranges from 2.5-5 hours in and out. On the lesser end for mini-interior details bundled with premium hand wash and the longer end for my wash and seal packaged with a full deep clean interior detail. Average time is about 3 hours in and out.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
I currently do not accept debit directly. But can send an invoice to your email that can conveniently be paid directly. Methods of pay currently accepted are cash, check, online invoice, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Q. Can I set-up reoccuring details?
Clean cars are happy cars, I do offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly scheduling. While I don't offer discounts for this because after all it still takes the same time and amount of product to properly achieve my desired results you still benefit from pre-booking and have confidence knowing I will be able to have you on my schedule at every service interval you need.
The huge benefit you receive besides a CCC (chronic clean car) is you likely will only need my mini interior detail and premium wash saving you from requiring higher cost services.
Q. Is your mobile detail service near me?
My current service areas are El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, Placerville, Shingle Springs, Rescue, Granite Bay, Sacramento, Auburn, Rocklin, Roseville, Elk Grove, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova.

Q. What is the difference of washing and cleaning my car vs getting it detailed?
Well as most people use the terms inter-changeably, washing a car itself isn't skilled labor or rocket science correct but there are methods, skills, and knowledge needed to really make a car pop.
We are talking about chef vs a cook, detailers understand the very small DETAILS that make a freshly detailed vehicle look very different than when you try to wash your car with a bucket and sponge.
It takes not just many specialized tools and high quality products to achieve these results but fine knowledge of the chemical make-up of products we use to achieve our end results.
